Impact Youth Camp is one week where teens around the U.S. The name stuck!

Camp Impact began in 1998 as a conversation between Pastor Gary George of Southbridge, MA and Pastor Ed Moore of Queens, NY. After discussing how they could get their church youth groups together for fellowship, Ed suggested meeting at a college campus in the Boston area. They negotiated with Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy where they met for the first year with 36 kids. The 2nd year, Youth Pas

tor Alec Millen named the gathering "Camp Impact". In following years, campers and staff from other churches joined as the word spread. After outgrowing Quincy, Impact moved to Brimfield, then Charlton, and now finally to Camp Sentinel in Tuftonboro, NH, where we've met the last eleven years sans 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Impact now averages between 120 and 150 staff and campers traveling from Canada, Jamaica, and 8 different US states! Our story continues with the addition of a website, many new campers, and extensive preparations for the best God glorifying camp experience ever!
