We are excited to share that recent repairs to historic neon signage at the Odeon Theatre have been completed thanks to the support of the New Mexico Route 66 Alliance, who facilitated and funded this important preservation project.

Along Route 66, iconic theaters like the Odeon serve as visual landmarks that connect visitors and residents alike to the rich history and character of our communities.

Their sacrifice purchased freedoms we often take for granted … the freedom to gather, to celebrate our communities, raise our families, and dream boldly about the future. We are reminded that Memorial Day is a sacred moment of gratitude and remembrance.

America is turning 250 and we're celebrating!

Tucumcari MainStreet and the Tucumcari Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) are teaming up to host the Sweet Land of Liberty Cake Decorating Contest—with a twist: these cakes are non-edible!

Let your creativity run wild designing cakes inspired by America 250, the Route 66 Centennial, and the 100th anniversary of the Tucumcari Railroad Depot.

A total of $1,500 in prize money is up for grabs, so bring your creativity and join the fun!
