Civilians on Patrol - CoP A civilian overnight sleep and service support site, managed by Veteran Rescue Mission in partnership and with the support of Bravo Base - "Camp Conklin".

CoP is comprised of three (3) separate components:

Veteran and Civilian Su***de Prevention Solution (VCSPS) - A Volunteer Program where a Veteran or Civilian in Crisis is assigned a Purpose, a team of Battle Buddies, and supplied the infrastructure/materials to accomplish the CoP Mission.

‘Homeless / Veteran Search and Rescue Mission (HVSAR) - An active Search and Rescue Mission that targets c

hronically homeless Veterans and other "at risk" homeless individuals. HVSAR is the Mission which provides a Purpose to Veterans and Civilians In Crisis. Modifiable Disaster Response Plan (MDRP) - A comprehensive and executable response to any natural and/or man-made disaster that may transpire in our areas of operation. Which includes neighborhood watch, clean-up, and monitoring.
