The Native American Advancement Foundation was formed in 2011 by members of the Tohono O’odham Tribe to deliver academic services throughout the Tohono O'odham Nation in Pima County, Arizona. Through our efforts, we are strengthening Native American communities by providing programs in the areas of education, nutrition, environment, wellness, and opening economic opportunities on tribal lands. Amo

ng our many programs: The Gu Vo Academic After-School Program; Gu Vo Academic Summer Adventure; Virtual Learning Center; Grad Solutions; Arizona FoodCorps Garden; Environmental Advocacy; Girls' Voices, Animal Welfare, and spreading preventative messaging to increase the perception of harm of alcohol and drugs among minors.

📢 Ms. Keira Street has joined the Army National Guard🇺🇸🫡 ! Keira of GuVo District is a four year scholarship recipient, 2025 high school graduate from Maur Hill-Mount Academy 🎓, and currently enrolled as a freshman at the University of Kansas 💙. Her siblings, also scholarship recipients, were able to join her at her swearing-in ceremony.
