Occupy Arizona Family Court

Occupy Arizona Family Court The Family Court Project--Occupy Arizona Family Court--is a program created by OPL to address community deterioration and juvenile delinquency. See Parham v.

www.OccupyPublicLand.org is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose over-arching goal is to educate concerning corporate power over governments, and to create solutions to the problems preventing humans from creating a stable earth. We at OPL truly believe the unitary family is the foundation of society. Through the intimate relationships of the family, our children are nurtured, tutored in the

values and beliefs of our society, and prepared for life. J.R., 442 U.S. 584, 602 (1979) ("Parents generally 'have the right, coupled with the high duty, to recognize and prepare [their children] for additional obligations.'") (quoting Pierce v. Society of Sisters, 268 U.S.510, 535 (1925)). Through these relationships, our children—indeed, we as parents—are strengthened, fulfilled and sustained. The bonds between parent and child are, in a word, sacrosanct; and the relationship between parent and child inviolable except for the most compelling reasons. The Family Court system must be forced to respect these principles and follow constitutional jurisprudence if the unitary family is to survive in the United States.
