PMHDC Southwest Medical Aid - PSMA PSMA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing durable medical supplies and equipment to the community and partner organizations at no cost.

We envision an equitable, healthy society where the underserved have suitable access to their medical needs. PMHDC Southwest Medical Aid (PSMA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing durable medical equipment and medical supplies free of charge, through other qualified charitable organizations, for their clientele who may otherwise go without. Our supplies come from excess inventory at hospitals, private practitioners, ERs, clinics, churches, thrift stores and individuals. Donated medical supplies and equipment – which can range from toothbrushes, toothpaste and other personal hygiene items to hospital beds, Hoyer lifts and ultrasound machines – are primarily distributed through a network of nonprofits, hospitals, clinics, churches and agencies.

Our CPR and First Aid training fair was a big success! On Monday we hosted David Greenblatt, a licensed medical instructor to teach a CPR certification class to the general public. We covered the cost of the class, so it was free for everyone in attendance. As a result, over 35 people got their certification cards free of charge!
Thanks very much to Save a Life Tucson for connecting us with David and allowing this event to happen!
