We will gather in a circle around a community altar. Our circle will include guided meditation, breath-work, sharing, ritual, reiki, yoga, QiGong & somatic movement practices for moving with our grief.
Please bring an item that reminds you of your loved one or whatever you are grieving for the altar (you will take it with you after the circle), yoga mat, water, journal, and pen. I recommend wearing clothing you’re comfortable moving in.
