Join us on Saturday, September 26, 2026 | 10:30 AM–2:00 PM at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law for a day of community, culture, connection, and celebration.

This event welcomes Native children and families, caregivers, foster and kinship families, Tribal communities, ICWA/DCS professionals, and community partners to honor and celebrate the importance of the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA).

✨ Free food, entertainment, community resources, and family-friendly activities!

🅿️ Free parking is available at Park Avenue Garage (see the second slide for details). If you need accessible parking, please contact us in advance.

The Wassaja Center had a wonderful time at the San Simo:n School Open House in Sells, sharing resources, building relationships, and connecting with students and families. It was inspiring to see so many community members stop by to learn more, ask questions, and take home seeds to start or continue their own growing journeys.

A special thank you to Tonya Joaquin for joining us and generously sharing seeds and knowledge. Your presence helped make the day even more meaningful.
