It's 7:00pm. Allie's still here in the clinic office. She's been the bestest girl all day. No one came today to meet her. She's a bit disappointed. She'll be here tomorrow. Come on down to Pima Animal Care Center and ask about meeting the sweetest pup on campus.

Thank you to ALL of you who came forward for kittens- even the bottles! They have all found homes tonight. PACC fosters are awesome!

Allie is spending the weekend in the medical foster office trying to help me make the winning post for herself. She's been at the shelter WAY too long and needs out!

What we know from her notes:

-Allie is people oriented but might need an intro to certain folks she deems scary. (We haven't seen this issue in the office.)
-She might not like to be cohoused with children.
-She has a minor bite on her record as a redirect when being pulled on a leash.
- She keeps to herself in playgroup but is tolerant of most other pups.
-She has a prey drive and probably isn't suitable for a home with small dogs or cats.
-She has valley fever and will most likely have to stay on meds for her whole life.
-She has a $1000 incentive for Friends Pet Clinic.

What we know from her stay in the shelter with us:
-She happily takes a lot of meds for her valley fever.
-She's a chubby little happy hippo.
-Her front leg hurts her sometimes.
-She stays in her assigned area without complaint or jail breaks.
-She happily greets anyone that comes to visit.
-She can't jump up on the couch but would love a big dog bed.
-She's a lovebug.
-She just had a small mass removed.
-Everyone LOVES her!

10/10 💕 2, 2 week olds need foster placement today! Currently in shelter.

We have 2, 2 week olds coming back from foster that need out today. Per foster they are doing well and eating great! Currently getting formula every 3-4 hours.
