🗓️ Band Booster Meeting Update

​Hello Jaguar Band Families!

​Please note that our monthly Band Booster meeting has been rescheduled. We will now meet on Wednesday, June 10th at 7:00 PM.

​This will be a virtual meeting, so you can join us from the comfort of home. You can find the link directly on our band calendar within the Band App.

​We are finalizing our official band shirt order, and we need you to take action right now so you don't miss out!

​🗓️ STRICT DEADLINE: FRIDAY, JULY 3RD

​What you need to do:
📱 Get Connected: Scan the QR code to join the Band App. All schedules, updates, and links live here.
👕 Watch for the Form: The official shirt size submission form will be posted on the Band App soon.

​If we don't have your size by July 3rd, we can't guarantee your shirt will arrive in time for the showcase! Drop any questions in a direct message on the Band App or reach out to a Booster Board member. 🎵

We are absolutely bursting with pride today! Last night at the Music in the Parks concert, the incredible Arizona Symphonic Winds performed an original piece composed by one of our very own! Mr. Daniel Vasquez Bravo!

To write a piece of music is an achievement in itself, but to have a renowned, symphonic band bring your vision to life on stage is next-level talent. We are so incredibly proud of his dedication and creativity. This is just the beginning of a very bright future!

📣 Huge Shoutout to The Gloo Factory! 🎓✨

​Community is everything, and today we want to extend our deepest gratitude to The Gloo Factory.
​When we ran into a last-minute design issue with one of our senior’s graduation stoles, they didn't just help us fix it—they went completely above and beyond. On a time crunch, they reprinted the stole to ensure it was absolutely perfect, and they did it entirely free of charge.

​In their own words, they called it a "donation to help ensure that our student has something he could be proud of."

​It’s local businesses like this that make our community so special. Because of their kindness and quick work, our senior will be walking across that stage with pride.

🎺 BAND MERCH & COMMUNICATION UPDATE! 👕

Jaguars,

​Don’t miss out on your official band shirt! We are finalizing our apparel order, but we need two quick things from you right now to ensure everyone gets their gear on time for the showcase during band camp.

​Your Checklist:
1️⃣ Join the Band App: This is where all critical updates, schedules, and forms are shared. If you or your parents aren’t on it yet, scan the QR code in the image or download the app today!

2️⃣ Submit Your Shirt Size: Keep an eye out for the Shirt Size Form link, which will be posted on the Band App soon.

​🚨 STRICT DEADLINE: Friday, July 3rd 🚨
Our final order must be submitted to the vendor on time. If you miss the July 3rd deadline, we cannot guarantee your shirt will arrive in time for the showcase!
