When you see a woman dressed up and looking put together at a store, or at your work, or church it's impossible to know the pain that lies beneath her smile. However, many feel held back—even stuck—by the negative chapters in their stories. Reclaimed Story’s mission is to bring hope and healing to women who find themselves wrestling with parts of their story, are ready to break free and live a victorious life. The founders of Reclaimed Story understand what it’s like to suffer from unsettled hurts, cycles of self-destruction, and feeling as if you are stuck. We are here to lift the veil on the potential and unique purpose that you were made for by sharing authentic transformation stories and connecting with other reclaimers. Our goal is to create a community that will uncover the lies that hold women captive, chained to their past, and replace them with truth.

You don’t have to carry everything alone. Whether you’re facing a hard decision, grieving a loss, praying for someone you love, or simply feeling tired, we would love to pray with you.

God cares about what’s on your heart, even the things you struggle to put into words. You don’t need the perfect prayer to come to Him.

Share your prayer request in the comments, only as much as you feel comfortable sharing. If you’d rather keep the details private, simply write “Please pray.” God knows your heart.

WHAT DOES HEALING ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE?

Sometimes healing looks like telling Jesus, “I’m hurting,” instead of pretending you’re okay.

It can look like asking for help, setting a healthy boundary, or sharing with someone safe. It might mean pausing before you react or allowing yourself to rest without guilt.

Healing doesn’t mean your past stops mattering or you never have a hard day. Over time, it can mean your pain has less control over your choices, and God’s truth has more room in your heart.

Psalm 34:18 reminds us that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted. You don’t have to hide your tears from Him.

A hard day does not erase your progress. Needing support does not mean your faith is weak.

Today, choose one small step: pray honestly, reach out to someone safe, or give yourself permission to rest.

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him.” Romans 15:13

Some days, hope feels easy to find. Other days, you may have to reach for it with shaking hands. This verse reminds us that hope begins with God. We can bring Him our worries, our questions, and the parts of our story that still hurt.

Trusting God does not mean pretending everything is fine. It means asking Him to meet us right where we are. His joy can grow alongside grief. His peace can steady us when life feels uncertain. And His hope can help us take one more step.

If today is hard, pause and pray: “God of hope, fill me with Your peace. Help me trust You with what I cannot see yet.”

Save this verse for a day when you need the reminder, and share it with someone who could use hope today.

Some days, it is easy to see God’s goodness. Other days, we need a reminder. That is why “Goodness of God” is such an encouraging worship song. It invites us to remember the ways God has cared for us, even through hard seasons.

Psalm 23:6 says, “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.” His goodness is with us on joyful days and difficult ones.
