On Friday, we had the joy of supporting students from Lineweaver, Erickson, Secrist, and Santa Rita as they picked out a brand-new pair of SKECHERS, thanks to the generous sponsorship of Tucson Electric Power (TEP)! 💙

A huge thank you to SKECHERS, TEP, and all of our incredible volunteers, both new and returning, who helped make the day so special for our students.

One school staff member shared:

“Many of the children have never been to a shoe store before, let alone picking their own pair of shoes. A parent picked up their child & when he saw her shoes, he cried, he clapped, and he was in awe of this opportunity. Thank you so much. Your contributions to our children really make a difference.”

This is why we do what we do. 💚 Giving students the opportunity to choose something new for themselves, while making sure they feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

Thank you to everyone who made our first Shoe Shopping Party of the school year possible! 👟✨
