The Horizons Healthy Habits is a pilot program that is part of the Horizons for Refugees Families organization. Our program involves various nutritional and physical activities that are designed to give our participants the tools to choose a healthier lifestyle for their future. We are currently in the process of accepting registration for our program, which will occur every Saturday starting on A
