Arizona Model United Nations The premier binational Model United Nations experience for high school & college students. • 501(c)3

MUN (Model United Nations) is an academic simulation of the United Nations that aims to educate participants about civics, effective communication, globalization and multilateral diplomacy. In Model UN, students take on roles as foreign diplomats and participate in a simulated session of an intergovernmental organization (IGO). Participants research a country, take on roles as diplomats, investigate international issues, debate, deliberate, consult, and then develop solutions to world problems.

Congratulations to Payton Peabody for graduating! Throughout her time with us, she has been a vital part of our Model UN family, witnessing the club’s growth and creating unforgettable memories along the way. Known for her love of hosting socials and bringing laughter wherever she goes, Payton has been a cherished member of our community. With a BA in Political Science, BS in Public Management, and a minor in Public Relations, she has served on our executive committee as the International Relations and Travel Coordinator. We are immensely proud of her and eagerly anticipate the incredible accomplishments she will achieve in the future! 🎓🌟

Up next, please help us celebrate our outgoing Secretary General, Jaiden! He is graduating with degrees in Public Health Systems and Law, with a minor in Spanish. He is grateful for all the friendships and memories he's made with AZMUN, and knows they will stick with him for the rest of his life. This fall, he will be pursuing a JD at the University of Chicago Law School. Everyone, wish him the best of luck in the Windy City! 🥶
