It’s about that time of year again! We are once again raising money for the kids and families at the Diamond Children’s Medical Center for Christmas.

Sunday, December 14th, we’ll be hosting a Brunch and Beats For the Kids from 10am - 3pm benefitting the children and families staying at Diamond Children’s Medical Center this Christmas. Beats will be provided by our good friend , there will be a raffle, and we’ll have all the mimosas you can drink.

🎄It’s a Holiday tradition! Let’s have a drink (or 10) and raise some money for 🎁 for the kids and families at the Diamond Children’s Medical Center for Christmas.

There will be a raffle, there will be DJs playing all night long and there will be plenty of drinks.

Every beer you have, every Ben’s 💣 you take and every raffle ticket you buy, you’ll be contributing 💵towards the purchase of gifts for some deserving kids and families at the Diamond children’s center.

Here’s the best part, we don’t just buy random gifts with the money we raise. We will work with child life specialists and social workers at Banner to get specific wish lists from kids being treated at the hospital. We get those lists, buy everything we can off those lists, wrap everything and take it back to hospital on Christmas Eve or a day or two around Christmas. The kids and their families don’t know who we are or what we’re doing, so when our gifts are dropped off to specific kids and families, it makes for an awesome surprise.

That’s it. That’s what we do and why we do it.

$6k in 🎁 to Diamond Children’s! 🎄

This past Christmas Eve we officially closed out our 10th Annual “For the Kids!” Holiday Fundraiser by delivering another $6,000 in gifts to the kids and families at the Diamond Children’s Medical Center.

Working closely with the amazing team at Banner, we collected dozens of wish lists from the kids and families staying at the Diamond Children’s Center over Christmas. We then purchased just about everything on those lists, wrapped them, then took them to the hospital on Saturday afternoon.

It was another successful “For the Kids!” fundraiser, and we could not have done it without you all.

A big thanks goes out to our event and raffle sponsors, and . And as always a very special thanks to for being an amazing partner and always helping us raise these funds.

Next Saturday, 12/17 we celebrate our 10th Annual “FOR THE KIDS!” Holiday Fundraiser

It’s crazy to think that this will be the 10th time that we partner up with Gentle Ben’s to raise funds to purchase gifts for the children and families staying at the Banner Children’s Diamond Children’s Medical Center over Christmas.

Join us next Saturday at Ben’s between 8pm-2am for a drink or 10. There will be drinking, there will be dancing, and it’s going to another great time.

Thank you Gentle Ben’s for making this year’s For the Kids Holiday Fundraiser our most successful fundraiser to date. We spent last weekend shopping, then wrapping thousands of dollars worth of gifts for kids at the Diamond Children’s Center. We couldn’t have done it without the help of the incredible people at the best bar in Tucson.

We’ll have more details about the gift giveaway tomorrow.

🎄We’re just a few days away from our 9th Annual For the Kids Holiday Fundraiser!🌵

Just as has done the last 9 years, they will be donating a portion of the night’s sales to help purchase gifts for children and families at the Diamond Children’s Center this Holiday season.

From 8pm-10pm Ben’s will donate 50% of alcohol sales.

From 10pm-2am Ben’s will donate 25% of alcohol sales.

If you love Gentle Ben’s as much as we do, then stop by this Saturday night for some dancing, some EDM, and a little bit of drinking.

And remember, IT’S FOR THE KIDS!

Our lineup is stacked with DJs who will be playing some sweet EDM tunes from 9pm-2am.

Gentle Ben’s will be donating a portion of the night’s sales to our fundraiser, so the more people we get dancing means the more gifts we can buy for Diamond Children’s.

Thank you for actively taking part in helping Tucson during the COVID-19 pandemic. Two days ago they donated over 40 gallons of Borderlands-made hand sanitizer to the El Rio Community Health Center. And according to the owner, they will continue producing and donating hand sanitizer to help with local shortages.

Borderlands is an awesome brewery (the Toole Ave. hazy is one of the best IPAs in AZ) with amazing employees and great local owners who care about Tucson. They never hesitate to support our fundraisers, and they never hesitate to help Tucson where and when they can. That’s why our current COVID-19 GoFundMe is aimed at helping their employees, along with the employees of and .

Our GoFundMe benefitting Gentle Ben's, Nook and Borderlands Brewing Company is still going strong!

Things have not gotten easier for businesses over the last few weeks, and the future is still looking hazy. The pandemic is still taking a massive toll on the Tucson community, especially on those in the service industry.

As we've said before, Ben's, Nook and Borderlands have always had our back; now it's time for us to return the favor.
