Congratulations to our strings student instructor, Justino Perez, on his film composition work!
We truly have very talented instructors working with our musicians. A true blessing!

🎬 Spotlighting Justino Perez

Congratulations to School of Music DMA composition student Justino Perez, who was selected to compose the original soundtrack for Be Still, Boone — a School of Theatre, Film & Television film featuring Emmy-winning University of Arizona alumnus Craig T. Nelson.

The film premiered this past weekend during I Dream in Widescreen, TFTV’s annual showcase of senior thesis films at the Fox Tucson Theatre.

Craig T. Nelson, a longtime supporter of TFTV, is also the namesake of The Craig T. Nelson Stage, making this collaboration an especially meaningful Wildcat arts moment.

Congratulations, Justino!
