WorkAbility

WorkAbility is an employment services program dedicated to preparing and training people with disabilities for work opportunities in Southern Arizona.

WorkAbility Provides the Following Services and Supports remotely and in person:

* Supported Post Secondary Education/College assistance
* Career and Job Development
* Job Coaching
* Pre Employment Transition Services to High school students
* 20 week transition age curriculum called "The Starting Line for Employment" which occurs in the Fall and Spring semesters.
* Summer program which is 8 we

* Employment Workshop series which rotates throughout the year.
* Disability Etiquette Training for the community and employers
* Family Mixers - varied resources regarding transition into adulthood (employment, independent living, and post - secondary) available for the community, families, potential members, and businesses.
* Private pay services for career and job development, job coaching, and post secondary college assistance
