Well I may be 62 but I feel 20 years younger now after going from 236 to 141 all after finding this little-known “Exotic Rice Method” …

I was having dinner with my friend Jen when she told me about a video she came across while scrolling.

That’s how she found out about this “rice method” that only takes 10 seconds in her morning routine.

I didn’t really believe her at first. But she was gushing about it and I couldn’t argue with her transformation.

She looked amazing by the way. I mean, Jen definitely didn’t look like this before…

So I figured ok I might as well try it.

I mean, I tried so many different things over the years. At least this “rice method” was very simple and easy to fit in to my routine.

Well let me tell you, just this morning I was trying on a swimsuit that I haven’t even dared to LOOK at in years…

I feel like I did in my 30s. That kind of playful, happy me, without a care in the world.

I thought that old me was gone forever…

If you watch the video, you’ll see what I mean. This “rice method" isn’t about exercising or watching everything I eat.

It’s much simpler than that. And it works for me, that’s the main thing!~

I’m just hoping Jen will see this when she’s scrolling, because I want to say the biggest THANK YOU to her for sharing it with me.

We currently have a conure and a Quaker parakeet they have to stay together they are very bonded to each other they come with a cage their adoption fee is $300.

Clark has found a home.
We have a Yellow Naped Amazon her name is cark. She is 27 years old, she has not beeen handled for the past 20 years. She will need a lot of work and patience. If you are interested please contact me for more info.

We have 2 patagonian conures they are both males they are very bonded and must stay together they need lots of work as they haven't been handled in a long time they are very loud birds. If you are interested and have the time and patience to work with them please let me know. We also have a male nanday conure he prefers women he also needs someone with alot of patience he takes a while to warm up to people. There is a rehomeing fee. Also keep in mind i do a home check before you take the bird and another one in 4 months. This is to make sure the bird is adjusting well.

We are rescueing two african greys from a really bad situation. We need new cages the ones they have are so old that they are falling apart and the doors were wire closed. They have had such poor nutrition their beaks are soft, feathers are in rough condition and both have problems with their fee...
