Tonight, April 16th at 7 PM, we will be sharing our park with the Tucson Raiders. This is also their home field during football and cheer season in the fall. Randolph LL will be donating 50% of all snack bar sales to Anna’s family to help support in any way needed during this trying time.
Many of you may have heard about little Anna through the news, but I want to take a moment to share who she truly is to her family—and to her Raiders family.
Anna was taken from the Tucson Raiders far too soon. Her dad, Coach E, is not only a coach, but someone who has poured his heart into this organization—and into his little girl. And
Anna… she wasn’t just a name or a story. She was laughter echoing across the field, tiny footsteps along these sidelines, and a kind of joy that filled the park in a way only a child can.
This park knows her. It carries pieces of her—her spirit, her light, her happiness.
On Thursday, this is more than just sharing a field or a park. It’s about coming together as one community, wrapping our arms around a family who is hurting, and honoring a little girl who left a mark that will never fade.
We understand parking may be difficult and there will be games taking place. We kindly ask that everyone shows patience, kindness, and compassion to one another. Arrive early and utilize parking at the Quincy Douglas community center and additional parking lots for the park.
Let’s be a little louder with our love, a little gentler with each other, and a little more present in the moments we’re given.
In honor of Anna, let’s fill this park with the same joy she brought to it—and surround her family with the strength of a community that stands together. 💛
