Come hang out with us at Whiskey Roads Tucson and help support local music as Pretendaz takes the stage! These guys always bring the energy, and we’d love to see a strong crowd out here showing some love for live music and the local music scene.

While you’re here, stop by and say hello to our GOC crew. We’ll be sharing information about our November Battle of the Bands how we’ll be celebrating our 15th Anniversary year.

We’re still looking for bands to fill a few remaining spots in our July 25 Battle of the Bands Preliminary Round. This is your chance to compete for a spot in the Finals this November and perform in front of an even bigger crowd for a cash prize!

Then come out, grab a drink, enjoy some great music, and support the local artists who keep Tucson rocking.

Tucson musicians, where are you at?

We’ve got open spots available TODAY for our second round of the Battle of the Bands preliminary round!

If you’ve been looking for a reason to get your band out in front of a crowd, test your set, gain some exposure, and compete for a spot in the Guardians of the Children Wild West 15th Anniversary Battle of the Bands Finals, this is your shot.

Whether you’re a seasoned local act, a garage band that’s ready to start playing out, or a group of young musicians looking for your first real competition, we want to hear you.

No industry connections.
No popularity contest.
Just bands taking the stage and earning their shot.

The local music scene only grows when musicians step up and support it. We’d love to see some new faces, new sounds, and new energy on stage.

🎸 Guardians of the Children Wild West Chapter Monthly Meeting 🎸

Join us on Saturday, June 20 at 1:00 PM at Whiskey Roads, 2290 W Ina Rd, Tucson, AZ 85741.

Attendees are responsible for their own food and beverage purchases.

This meeting will also feature our Battle of the Bands: Road to the Main Event auditions! Come out and support local talent as bands compete for a chance to perform at the Guardians of the Children 15th Anniversary Battle of the Bands event.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about Guardians of the Children, who we are, and our mission to recognize and react to child abuse while providing strength, stability, and ongoing support to children and teens who have experienced abuse.

We’re looking for local talent to compete in the “Battle of the Bands: Road to the Main Event”, the preliminaries leading up to the Guardians Of the Children Wild West 15th Anniversary Battle of the Bands Main Event on November 14th, 2026.

🔥 $50 registration fee
🔥 One final lineup

Bring your originals. Bring your covers. Bring your energy. Most importantly, bring a show.

The bands that advance will earn a spot in the November Finals where they’ll compete for cash prizes and community exposure.

Guardians Of the Children Wild West is out on the golf course!

We sincerely appreciate the support and contributions of Mike Parvis at State Farm and Roadrunner Auto Glass for providing us with the visibility to further our mission. Thank you to Foothills Club of Tucson for the space at hole #17 and organizing such an impactful event as Chunk it for Charity.

Because your involvement, we are able to expand our outreach and continue serving the most vulnerable. We are grateful to stand alongside organizations that believe in this mission!

🚨 April Update 🚨

Please note that we will not be holding our monthly meeting in April, as we will be participating as one of many vendors at the Pima County Fair from April 16–26 🎡

You can find us in Pima Hall, where members and Officers of Guardians of the Children will be available to answer any questions and share more about what we do.

Be sure to stop by and see us! We’ll have family-friendly raffles and games for the kids 🎉🎡

💙 Don’t forget, April is Child Abuse Awareness Month. Together, we can raise awareness and stand up for the safety and protection of children.
