This is capoeira — where music, movement, and community come together in the roda (circle).

In this video, watch our adult and teen students train, play, and connect through one of the world's most dynamic martial arts. Capoeira blends elements of dance, acrobatics, music, and self-defense into a game where no two exchanges are ever the same. Every player brings their own rhythm, strategy, and style — and every roda tells its own story.

Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to take your training further, there's a place for you in the circle. Our classes welcome teens and adults of all experience levels.
