Our short-term goals include educating people about the government shutdown and its effects, finding ways to bring an end to the government shutdown, and encouraging the reorganization of our nation's budget so that we avoid default. Our long-term goals center on creating real, lasting solutions to the problems Americans face each day, specifically by offering information and opportunities to take fair, effective action for the good of and with the consensus of the whole. Engaging in social entrepreneurship and innovative projects that help to provide people with healthy food, water, air, and soil; clean, renewable energy sources and technology; medical care and preventative medicine; scientific discovery; humane and ethical treatment of people, non-human animals, plants, and other life forms/natural resources; and high-quality, affordable products and services is top priority.
