GSO at Gymnastics World Tucson

Watching Team USA Gymnastics? Ready for the Summer Olympics? Would you like try gymnastics? Check out the equipment? Hang on the rings? Walk on the balance beam? This is your chance! Gymnastics World Central is hosting an Olympic Gymnastics Workshop! All proceeds support our Gymnastics World boys and girls competitive teams!

Date: Saturday, July 27, 2024
Time: 1 pm - 3 pm
Donation: $50 per person

- Train with Two Time Olympic Coach Yoichi Tomita!
- Adults of all skill levels are welcome!
- Tour the training facility. Learn about each apparatus.
- Watch demonstrations of gymnastics skills from both our men's and women's team members and learn about gymnastics scoring.
- Learn simple gymnastics skills from our professional coaches and try them out for yourself.
- Participants will warm up, rotate through different events, and finish up with an open gym.
- Total enrollment will be limited to allow for individual attention.

Our first 2024 night out is at Panda Express and it’s happening ALL day long!

I’m sure a lot of our athletes wouldn’t mind orange chicken for lunch and dinner ;)

We have partnered with Panda Express on Campbell for a fundraiser ALL day from 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM on Saturday, January 13, 2024 . All you need to do is SHOW the flyer (in files) when ordering in person at the counter OR when ordering online on PandaExpress.com or the App, Enter 357742 in the fundraiser code box. Panda Express will donate 20% of your bill to support our Team Gymnasts!

We will be having our annual Halloween Team Party on Friday, October 20th at 6:30pm. All team members are invited even if you do not have Friday Practice.

There will be food, games and a costume contest. Please bring your costumes with you to practice.

The GSO will be providing pizza and we ask that you bring the following:

Boys Team please bring: 1 bag of candy

Girls Level 2 and Xcel bring: 1L bottle of juice or soda to share

Optional Girls: Dessert dish

All other Girls Levels bring: Side dish (veggie or fruit tray etc.)
