Our Mission
Arizona’s International Baseball Consortium, PLLC is a collaborative organization formed to unite Tucson’s exceptional weather, facilities, and nationally well-known depth of baseball talent in order to provide economic, sport, and community/youth benefit. The AIBC organization has two components with the following aims:
Tucson CHAMPS Academy 501c3
To provide youth baseball instructio
n with integrated academic and life skill curriculum. Objectives:
- Provide our youth with the opportunity to play elite level baseball
- Create an atmosphere of learning and reliance
- Provide monthly, low-cost, community outreach events to engage the entire community in our efforts
- Build year-round excitement for our local baseball community
- Showcase the City of Tucson through hosting and participating in national tournaments and camps
Mentorship is also an important component of Tucson CHAMPS Academy. Whether post or mid career in baseball or their career, they provide top level instruction and share experiences from their journeys. AIBC Independent Professional, International Play, Tournaments:
To facilitate independent professional play in the form of training camps, showcases, tournaments and foster international play opportunities for all levels including pro, amateur, youth and, national teams.
