When on a random weekday Lael Wilcox and Rugile (Rue) Kaladyte stop by to drop off donations AND we chat about our on 11/7! 💥💯💥 pulled Coach Hannah L. Rice in for the pic as she rode up at the perfect time and who doesn’t love some rad ladies together at El Grupo Youth Cycling ?! 💯🎉💯

Today is World Mental Health Day. 💚

Movement makes a difference. Whether it’s a ride around the block, hitting the trail with friends, or simply spending time outside, cycling can support both physical and mental well-being. 🧠🫶

At Outride, we know the bike is a powerful tool for supporting brain health and mental well-being, and, alongside our partners, we’re working to make those benefits accessible to more people. 🚲🙌

Hop on a bike today and ride for your mind.

Where is your favorite place to ride? Ours is anywhere with you 🤗
