🏋️ WORKOUT WEDNESDAY: Is Every Class Pulling Its Weight?

A packed class feels like a win.

20 people sweating it out.
The music is going.
Everyone's having a great workout.

But here's the question:

Did that class actually make money? 👀

For a small fitness studio, revenue isn't the whole story.

Let's say a class brings in $400 in membership revenue.

Sounds pretty good, right?

But now subtract:

💰 Instructor pay
💡 Your share of rent/utilities
🧼 Cleaning & supplies
📱 Software/payment processing fees
📣 Marketing costs
⏱️ Other costs associated with running the class

Suddenly, that $400 doesn't look quite as impressive.

💪 Today's Financial Workout:

Pick one class and calculate:

Class Revenue
− Direct Class Costs
= Profit per Class

Then ask:

➡️ How many people attended?
➡️ What's the average revenue per attendee?
➡️ What's the instructor cost per class?
➡️ How does profitability change when the class is 25% full vs. 90% full?

You might discover that your most popular class isn't your most profitable.

And you might discover that a less popular class is actually a financial superstar. ⭐

The goal isn't simply to fill every class.

It's to understand which parts of your business are actually contributing to the bottom line.

Because busy and profitable are not always the same thing.

🏋️ Your challenge: Pick one class this week and find its profit per class.

Know your numbers. Train your business. 💪
