🚨 RUCK THE LOOP. CHANGE A LIFE. 🚨
Join us for the 2026 Ruck-A-Thon benefiting NTFFA Charities on Saturday, November 28, 2026, at Catalina State Park in Tucson, AZ!
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, firefighter, hiker, or just looking for a fun challenge with family and friends — ALL ages and fitness levels are welcome! Participants will complete as many 2.2-mile loops as they can within the 3-hour event time cap.
💪 But this event is about more than miles…
We’re asking participants to invite family, friends, coworkers, and local businesses to sponsor their ruck journey to help:
🔥 Raise awareness for firefighter health and safety
❤️ Support NTFFA Charities and community outreach programs

Politicians are putting your safety at risk.
Proposition 143 will permanently change the Arizona Constitution, adding confusing language that will create danger for Arizona families. Prop 143 will interfere with the ability of local communities to make decisions about training, staffing, recruitment, retention and working conditions for firefighters.
Decisions about emergency services should be made by local leaders, fire chiefs, and the firefighters on the frontlines -- not by state politicians.
The Professional Fire Fighters of Arizona OPPOSES

Wildland firefighters dedicate themselves to saving lives, property, and precious natural resources every year. Their hard work and devotion are truly commendable, and we are incredibly grateful for their efforts.

13 years and never forgotten

Thirteen years later, we honor the sacrifice and memory of the 19 Granite Mountain Hotshots. The Yarnell Hill Fire, one of the deadliest wildfires in the nation, reminds us of the lives lost in the line of duty to protect our community.

Our hearts are heavy for the wildland firefighters who lost their lives fighting the Knowles Fire near the Colorado–Utah border.
