After Jesus crucifixion and his body being placed in a tomb, three days later he rose.

“And behold, Jesus met them and said, “Greetings!” And they came up and took hold of his feet and worshiped him. Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid; go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee, and there they will see me.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28‬:‭9‬-‭10‬ ‭ESV‬‬

Believers increased although it meant severe persecution in those days. And numbers continued increasing. And though it’s still not popular, and some still experience severe persecution, the numbers continue increasing. Today there are Christians in every nation, not because it’s popular (it’s not), but because God continues saving people. And he may be in the process of saving you now. Will you let him in or are you holding onto something in this life that’s so temporary?

“Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.” Matthew‬ ‭10‬:‭39‬ ‭ESV‬‬

I dreamt that I crossed paths with a woman I knew from grade school, she was sitting with a man I didn't know. We talked. The guy she was with had lost his grandpa. He considered him as one who wasn't his grandpa anymore, as though he no longer existed. Tears ran down his face. He loved him. I recognized his pain and shared a little about my grandpa who passed nearly ten years ago. I also told him about how his grandpa still exists, after death our spirit lives on. I told him the good news, how Jesus made a way for people like us to be forgiven of our sins and saved for eternity. Because of what Jesus did on the cross, there is hope. I woke up out of this dream at about 4am and decided to note it down. Now I'm sharing it with you. I pray that as you read this you experience the hope that is found in Christ Jesus.

4 “O Lord, make me know my end
and what is the measure of my days;
let me know how fleeting I am!
5 Behold, you have made my days a few handbreadths,
and my lifetime is as nothing before you.
Surely all mankind stands as a mere breath! Selah
6 Surely a man goes about as a shadow!
Surely for nothing they are in turmoil;
man heaps up wealth and does not know who will gather!

My hope is in you.
