Handball has been cited by the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition as the number one overall activity for cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and balance. This was determined by a panel of seven fitness experts. By giving children the opportunity to play handball, the Foundation will help them in their quest to live healthier and happi

er for the rest of their lives. In addition the children will be introduced to activities that will foster lifelong friendships and camaraderie.

1. Practice begins one week from today on March 4th from 530pm-730pm.

2. We will have a handball scrimmage next Saturday March 2nd beginning at 10am at Randolph. We will play games and have some lunch. Let me know if you are in!?

Congratulations to Coach Abraham on winning his first national title this weekend at the USHA 3-Wall Master's Doubles Tournament. This is his first time playing in the Masters and his first national title. This weekend he showed great effort and resilience against many top competitors and in the end it paid off.
Abe also competed in the WPH pro doubles event alongside Fred Lewis Foundation newbie Ivan Burgos. These two played against the country's top pro players and finished the tournament in third place. We look forward to seeing more Fred Lewis Foundation players reach the masters level.
