From 2024 through 2026, Growth Partners Arizona deployed more than $3.7 million in financing to 61 Arizona borrowers.

The GPAZ Board of Directors seeks an experienced, mission-driven executive to lead the organization's continued growth and service across Arizona. The Executive Director will provide strategic and organizational leadership, including lending, technical assistance, financial stewardship, organizational management, and key partnerships that advance GPAZ's mission.

This is an opportunity to lead a statewide Community Development Financial Institution committed to providing responsible capital and technical assistance to nonprofits and underserved small businesses throughout Arizona.
