As summer winds down and the new school year starts, let’s close out the season with a community celebration! This Friday night, you’re invited to the Fiesta del Pueblo.

Come dance with a live DJ, enjoy games and play for a chance at winning prizes, and have a plate of food. FREE for all ages!

Barrio Restoration is connecting neighbors to transform our streets into safe, welcoming spaces where everyone can thrive. Casa Maria is feeding hundreds daily and creating affordable housing so families can stay in their home community. And tenants across South Tucson are organizing—demanding safe conditions, fair treatment, and a voice in their housing.

The Kentucky Tenants Union won the FIRST tenant-bargained agreement in the South – securing real protections for thousands of renters.

How did they do it? And how could we do the same in Tucson?

Join us Friday, June 5 from 6PM–8:30PM
at the Global Justice Center - 225 E. 26th St

We’ll discuss their win together, watch their report back, and talk about strategy for Tucson.

Through this we hope to bring more folks together for a Tucson cohort in the Tenant Union Federation (TUF) Union School – building the skills to win.

Food provided. Spanish interpretation available.
