"Arte de Descartes"

This exhibition presents a fascinating collection of 50 pieces created by 33 artists who were selected to participate. Submission requirement was that all artwork included a minimum of 75% repurposed, recycled, or reclaimed materials. The variety of materials used includes —human-made or organic—including, wood, metal, stone, glass, paper, fabric, plastic, etc. This eclectic exhibition of work created from unwanted materials encourages viewers to perceive discarded items and materials in a new light.

“Arte de Descarte” runs through October 10, 2026, you still have plenty of time to see it!

We are open on Fridays & Saturdays 1:00 – 5:00 pm or anytime by appointment (group appointments welcomed). This is an educational, all ages, family friendly exhibition!

Community Food Bank Donation Drive
We collect food items year-round for the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona and ask that, if possible, please plan to bring in a donation of non-perishable food items when visiting the gallery. Thank You!
