Thank you Spreading Threads for hosting such an amazing event for teens and young adults in foster care! We loved connecting with so many young people and sharing the excitement about our upcoming Holiday Ball!

We are also proud to partner with Spreading Threads Clothing Bank and Aviva Children’s Services to support Tucson’s foster care community!

In the nonprofit world, it can be easy to compete for funding, resources and support - but we believe our mission is bigger than one organization. When we choose collaboration over competition, our young people are the ones who win!!

This holiday season FostAdopt Connections was able to help 20 unlicensed kinship providers with a gift basket of goodies and gift cards for food to help ease a little of the burden.

We also collaborated with DCS by helping organize a Christmas party and providing gifts for the Young Adult program, which includes foster kids ages 16-23.

While we missed organizing our annual Holiday Ball, we are thankful that we were able to serve our community in a meaningful way that matters.
