Friends of Dogs

Friends of Dogs To provide education on the joys of caring for dogs while building a community where dogs are valued.

We offer free classes to all new families of rescued, adopted, or purchased dogs throughout Pima county, reduced training resources, and access to a community of dog lovers to continue the education on how to properly share your life with a dog(s). We have access to resources to provide sanctuary, training, and/or rehabilitation to high-risk dogs on a euthanasia list or not doing well in a shelter

environment. These dogs may exhibit anxiety or reactive behavior due to a lack of human companionship, love, or a history of abuse. Or these dogs may have had a loving home that was struck by a tragedy that resulted in that home no longer being available. We have a location to hold donation drives and adoption fairs on a recurring basis for Pima County non-profit 501c3 rescue organizations. These donation and adoption fairs help us aid the rescuers to never have to make the decision to stop fighting for an animal’s life because of a lack of resources or funds.
