Cultural Heritage Outdoor Accessible Classroom in Tucson, AZ

Donations are managed through the Anza Society International (ASI), a tax exempt, 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation incorporated under laws of the State of Arizona. 100 percent of donations go directly to the construction of this accessible classroom.

Would you like to join us and help create a safe outdoor classroom for blind and deaf school children in Arizona?

Please search your hearts, and wallets, to help us complete this unique community facility. It will give young people of all
abilities a new and unique opportunity to learn about their cultural heritage. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, outdoor learning spaces have never been more important to the health and well being of our youth.

We have already raised roughly $20,000 for the outdoor classroom and are ready to move a head with the construction, however…

We need an additional $25,000 to make this vision a reality!

The artist rendering above depicts uses of the future public outdoor classroom by students and staff from the Arizona School for the Deaf and Blind, and other schools and park visitors. The newly installed posts and cables assist all users in way finding, no matter their abilities.
