The last Sunday of this month is Soul Circle: Third Eye 🧿✨⭐️We will explore the themes related to the third eye chakra energy center including but not limited to: intuitive development, reclaiming ancestral practices and cultivating our spiritual sight (learning to read energy). In honor of Ancestor season we will participate in and witness Family Constellations for ancestral connection. We will then get in touch with our bodies via third eye activation yoga. And we will end the evening with a altar builidng / candle dressing workshop ! We will also have some amazing local vendors offering an variety of wellness and self-care related items and experiences. Please wear Indigo (dark blue).

Hello Beautiful Souls ! I’m back ! ❤️ In full transparency, October was a heavy month for me. It was a month heavy in introspection, heavy with divine downloads, heavy with responsibilities, heavy with grief. As we all navigate this chaotic sea of consciousness to the best of our ability, you may be asking yourself: “What’s the plan now?” Well my plan has always been and continues to be: build authentic soul-centered community. And that is exactly what I intend to continue to do. On Nov. 24th ,the last Sunday of this month, we will gather in community downtown to honor and learn about the third eye chakra and it’s related themes. This month we have an amazing workshop line-up so reserve your seat (tickets must be purchased in advance this month) and enjoy this adorable carousel of photos of things that have brought me joy this past month that I was away from social media. (PS I became a cat mom!)
