Honoring Veterans in Wreaths Across America Ceremony
Tucker, GA — December 13, 2025
On a crisp Saturday afternoon, Tucker Lodge No. 42 gathered community members, veterans, and families for a solemn Wreaths Across America ceremony, reaffirming a promise that the sacrifices of America’s heroes will never be forgotten.

The event, held on sacred ground in Tucker at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, was part of a nationwide effort to honor fallen service members. Across the country, wreaths were laid at cemeteries and memorials, symbolizing an unbroken circle of remembrance. Tucker Lodge joined this tradition with pride and reverence.

“This ceremony is not a formality—it is a promise,” declared the Lodge Worshipful Master during the address. “A promise that our veterans will not be forgotten, that their stories will continue to be told, and that their service will forever be acknowledged by this lodge, this community, and this great nation.”

Each wreath placed carried deep meaning, representing lives lived and sacrifices made. The lodge emphasized honoring not only the fallen and missing but also those who returned home changed, and the families who bore the weight of service alongside them.
