Here is a quick snapshot of our year to date statistics. Thanks to our incredible team of advocates and volunteers we are able to offer truly wrap around services for our survivors so that their animal’s care is one less thing they have to worry about.

Our storage room in our metro Atlanta office stays stocked up thanks to generous donations from our community and it makes it so easy and cost effective to get supplies to our clients around Atlanta! But what about our clients in rural areas or in other Georgia metros?

We are proud to be able to serve survivors across the whole state and when it doesn’t make sense for our program to deliver those supplies in person we rely on pick up and delivery orders from Walmart, Amazon, PetSmart, PetCo and Chewy! We know gift card donations don’t feel as personal as supplies, but it gives our advocates the ability to get specific items (like scratching boxes, tennis balls, and deshedding brushes) to survivors who can be hours away. These are real orders placed for our clients to pick up when their fur babies finally went home!

Thank you to Lisamarie Bristol | Gwinnett County Solicitor General and the Gwinnett Solicitors office for inviting us one again to be a beneficiary of the Dash 4 Domestic Violence 5k along with Partnership Against Domestic Violence and Mosaic Georgia this past weekend.

The GFWC International Day of Service unites us to help end domestic and sexual violence across the United States and internationally. GFWC Lilburn Woman's Club donated to Ahimsa House, a nonprofit organization that provides services and assistance to victims of domestic violence with pets in Georgia, and to Wellspring Living, an organization that serves domestic violence survivors and those at risk. Together, we can make a difference.
