Don't you want an ODE president who actively represents the voice of all employees in the DeKalb County School District? Check out the article below on how other organizations are reacting to contract changes. Where has ODE been? A Q & A with DCSD Human Resources is simply passing the buck and is not enough. New ODE leadership can and will do better!

I am Henri De Vastey, and I know that the Organization for DeKalb Educators (ODE) has the potential to be a more effective and aggressive advocate for DeKalb County Educators and Families. As president of the ODE, I will:
📅 Meet with small groups of members monthly.
📍 Conduct site visits and needs assessments across DeKalb County.
📊 Ensure DSCD accountability.
👥 Use our professional advocacy partnerships.
🤝 Build and restore community relationships.
🎯 Center Dekalb County Schools as the focus for ODE.
