A big "Thank You" to Anne Dimit-Buckley for a fun, informative, creative stretch of a fabric art class yesterday at Galactic Digs! It was our first class held in the space, as we reconfigure post-retail purposes. Who knows what the future holds. We'll keep you posted!
I came to look at the class content as Quilting Therapy. We students had the opportunity to look at color, texture and contrast in new ways, compare perceptions, produce objects and experiment with technique, to be in the moment of creation and reinvention, all with the support and expertise of Annie's guiding presence. And there were plenty of laughs too! Thanks to students and teacher, too 🪡
