Warmer weather and longer days mean farmers’ market season is here! ☀️

Find us at the Truro Farmers’ Market on Monday mornings to pick up your stuffies. This classic Cape Cod appetizer is made from local quahogs and prepared to perfection by our Truro-based team! 🌊

Did you notice the local food in today’s meal? The eggs in the nicoise salad were from Wellfleet Chick Koop (WCK) and donated to TCK by Sustainable CAPE - Center for Agricultural Preservation & Education as part of their Harvest Highlight Program! 🥚💚

Thank you to everyone who came out for our final Community Dinner of the season! 💕

Last night, attendees joined us for a meal of seafood, vegetables, and even tasted our delicious stuffed local quahogs. We will be selling our Stuffies at the Truro Farmers’ Market this summer, so be sure to stop by on Monday mornings – we would love to see you there!

The curried monkfish we prepared and served was made with fish locally caught by Chatham fishermen and donated to our kitchen through Sustainable CAPE’s Harvest Highlight Program. Thank you for the nutritious seafood and strong partnership,

Our deepest appreciation to Truro Central School for opening their doors for our community program. We look forward to resuming these dinners in the fall! ☀️
