Project Donating Joy Project Donating Joy is an outreach ministry of the Trucksville United Methodist Church. Since 2003 this group has made and donated over 15,000 quilts!

Project Donating Joy (AKA Project DJ) is an outreach ministry of the Trucksville United Methodist Church. Project DJ makes and accepts handmade quilts that are distributed to children in need of comfort, some security, and tender loving care. Recipients mostly include children who are seriously ill or dealing with trauma. The group also sells its quilts and profits are used to make more quilts for those in need. Project DJ is composed of approximately 30 volunteers and is always looking for more! No quiltmaking experience is necessary and newcomers are welcome to come and learn the art of quiltmaking while helping an incredible cause. The group meets each Monday. Please e-mail or message us for details. Monetary and supply donations are always welcome and greatly appreciated. Project DJ can be reached by emailing [email protected] or by messaging this page.
