We are hosting a TES Garden Work day on May 16 from 10 AM to 12:30 PM. We have received 12 new raised garden boxes and 6 benches for our school garden.

These garden boxes and benches came from the Don't Drop the Top Program through the Shane McConkey Foundation. The raised garden beds and benches were made with plastic bottle tops collected from our school and town last year. This garden revitalization was funded by the Martis Camp Foundation, Truckee Optimist Club, and the Truckee Rotary.

Students and families are welcome to join us on May 16 to work on general garden spring clean-up and ground leveling, to ensure our new garden boxes are ready to fill with new soil.
