The Tahoe Resident Leadership Program is for aspiring Christian leaders, aged 18-25, that spend either 11 or 5 months developing their leadership skills, gaining real-world work, serving locally, regionally, and abroad, and growing spiritually.

Serving isn’t just an act, it’s a heart posture. On Sunday, our residents had the privilege of walking alongside our brothers and sisters in Christ at Mountaintop Church, leading youth, worship, and sharing God’s Word on our way to Kayenta! So excited for all Jesus is doing! God is moving and we’re just grateful and humbled to be part of it!

“Impact dash is going door-to-door in Single Room Occupancy apartment buildings (SRO’s) where city impact provides groceries, hygiene products, and visitation to the elderly, shut-ins and families living in 10 x 10 cement apartments with the goal of breaking the barrier of isolation by building long term relationships and providing food, hygiene items, and other basic needs.”

our resident leaders were able to hand out snacks, pray over, meet, and hear the stories of some of the tenderloin residents, spreading the love, joy, and kindness of God!

This past week was full of excitement and hard work for the residents!
Thank you to Young Life for giving us the amazing opportunity to lead and spend time with high schoolers at camp!!! We made so many new friends and had so many conversations about God!
We are so grateful for this community of hard working people who are determined to spread the word of God and love kids well!
