Dear Community,
There are moments when we must pause… not to look back with regret, but to look forward with intention.
We are inviting you to join us at the Troy Community Center on Sunday May 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM for a town hall gathering, a space where every voice matters, and every story belongs. Together, as Syrian Americans, we will begin an honest conversation about the future of ASACA: how we reshape it, strengthen it, and give it the chance to rise again with purpose and clarity.
ASACA is a non-political and non-religious organization, and it should be a reflection of our homeland, Syria, one that welcomes and represents all Syrians from different religions, political affiliations, and backgrounds.
We are seeking new voices, new energy, and new board members who share a common vision: to build something meaningful for us, and for our children, as Syrian-Americans.
This will be a space for:
• Open dialogue
• Questions and answers
• New ideas and opportunities
• Rebuilding trust and direction
We encourage you not only to attend, but also to spread the word to fellow Syrians we may not be able to reach. If you have ever felt that ASACA did not represent you, we invite you to be part of shaping its future and to consider running for a board position.
Your presence matters. And this next chapter cannot be done without you.
With respect and hope,
ASACA
