We need YOUR help delivering meals to homebound seniors in Lincoln County, MO! LCCOA is in urgent need of volunteer meal delivery drivers on;

Columbus Day - Monday, October 13
Veterans Day - Tuesday, November 11
Day after Christmas - Friday, December 26
Martin Luther King Jr Day - Monday, January 19, 2026

✅ Must be 18 or older
✅ Valid driver's license & proof of insurance required

🚙 LCCOA provides vehicles for use—just bring your heart to serve!
Your time makes a HUGE difference to seniors who count on these meals every day. 💛
LCCOA Opens tomorrow at 08:00am. Meal delivery begins at 9:30am. Usually complete by 12-1:00pm.

🚸 Back to School Safety Reminder 🚸

School is back in session, and that means more buses on our roads and more children crossing streets. Please remember:

🚌 DO NOT PASS A SCHOOL BUS WHEN ITS LIGHTS ARE FLASHING 🛑

Those flashing red lights mean children are getting on or off the bus—and their safety depends on drivers paying attention.

Our deputies will be out enforcing school bus safety laws to help keep our children safe. Let’s work together to make sure every student gets to school and back home safely.
