The National Kidney Foundation of Michigan's Kidney Camp returns August 2–7, 2026 at YMCA Camp Copneconic in Fenton, and we want to ensure no child misses this unique opportunity before registration closes on June 30th.

Please share Kidney Camp with eligible patients and families. Kidney Camp offers children ages 8-17 living with kidney disease, on dialysis, or with a transplant the chance to enjoy all the fun, independence, and friendships of summer camp in a safe, medically supported environment.

They also are welcoming kidney health professionals who would like to be part of the experience as volunteer medical staff, including:

Pediatric nephrologists
Registered nurses and nurse practitioners with nephrology or dialysis experience
Pediatric residents
Nephrology fellows

Volunteers can participate for a day, overnight, or the full week, providing essential medical support while building meaningful connections with campers and fellow professionals. Meals and comfortable lodging are provided.

Registration for both campers and volunteers closes June 30th.
