Join Zumbaยฎ & Strength with Stephanie at Elizabeth Township Community Center, a welcoming 50-minute class that blends light cardio, strength training, and stretching to help improve balance, flexibility, and overall muscle strength.
Each class focuses on different muscle groups to keep your workouts interesting and effective. No experience is needed and all fitness levels are welcome.
