🎉🚨🎉 🎉🚨🎉

We are excited to announce we have locked in the date for our 4th annual Buy Nothing Give Event!!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 18th at the Troy Community Center!!! We're still working out the exact event times so stay tuned as details are finalized.

There will be plenty of volunteers needed the day before and day of, so if you are able to block the dates now in order to be available to help out, it is much appreciated!!

We are also still hoping to find a nonprofit (or multiple nonprofits) who are able and willing to come directly to the Community Center at the end of the event to pick up any remaining items, saving me a lot of extra work wrapping up the event in the weeks following... so if you have any contacts please message us!

This year's event was another enormous success! Thank you to all who contributed whether through volunteerism, gifting items, receiving items, keeping our volunteers fed & caffeinated, or just general support through well wishes... This is community in action and I am always so proud to watch it unfold!

We hope to get our 2026 date on the calendar soon and will be sharing it right away!

Today is "Tell a Fairy Tale Day"! This event entering it's 4th year, and 3rd hosted at the Community Center has been a fairy tale story for me, for sure!

If you have fairy tales collecting dust, go ahead and box them up to bring to this year's event... happening June 7th!

We've got the date locked in for our 3rd Annual 2025 Buy Nothing Give Event! Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 7th at the Troy Community Center.

(Times and additional details to be confirmed as it gets closer, but if you've attended any of the previous events we expect a similar timing and format.)
