Many of the Golden State’s voters appear to have finally connected the dots between their longtime voting habits and their struggles to pay the bills. “Make Polluters Pay” always meant “Make Consumers Pay,” and Californians have had enough.

Xavier Becerra emerged victorious in the June 2 Californian governor's primary after striking a moderate tone on energy issues.

Thank you to everyone who joined ESEA’s General Membership Meeting at the Eastern Energy Expo—we appreciated the strong turnout and the opportunity to discuss key legislative, regulatory, and energy policy issues impacting our industry.

We’re grateful to Federated Insurance for sponsoring the luncheon and to Dean Rhoades for sharing valuable insights on commercial insurance fraud and risk mitigation. Members also received updates on ESEA’s advocacy efforts, renewable fuel initiatives, and programs like Generation NEXT Energy Pros and Upgrade & Save, as we continue working together to strengthen and support our industry.

ESEA members showed up in force for our Day on the Hill—an impactful event led by Energy Marketers of America - EMA which brought together state associations from across the country to amplify our industry’s collective voice on Capitol Hill. We met directly with members of Congress and their staff to advocate for smart, balanced energy policies. Our members made it clear: this industry is engaged, united, and making a difference.
